This should probably be 3 plugins
1. camera plugin
2. image picker plugin
3. image src chooser plugin
We can revisit this later, we are doing a review of many camera features
currently ( plus overlap with media capture )
One other concern I have is the localization of text. Where are the
strings coming from currently?
