Here is how you can reproduce the issue:
1. cordova platform add windows
2. cordova plugin add cordova-sqlite-storage
3. cordova plugin rm cordova-sqlite-storage

Fetching plugin "cordova-sqlite-storage" via npm
Installing "cordova-sqlite-storage" for windows
