CB-10401: Connectivity Issue to github from cordova-
Adding retry logic to cloning github repositories. Added 2 parameters:
1. retryFetch - Git specific parameter - Ref Link:

2. retry - Common parameter -

Logic is to retry 3 times with a 10 second delay.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/sarangan12/cordova-medic master
