Allowing camera plugin to set an container id for camera preview and button
Hello there,
I'm using the master branch of cordova-plugin-camera.
I was wondering if it is affordable on CameraProxy.js, in order for capture
and takepicture functions, set the camera preview in a specified div container
instead of appending it on body.
Also, it would be nice to css the button.
