CB-11022 Duplicate www files to both destinations on plugin add/rm
This is a supplementary PR for
https://github.com/apache/cordova-lib/pull/423 which removes requirement for
running prepare to copy plugin's files to `www` dir.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/MSOpenTech/cordova-android CB-11022
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/cordova-android/pull/289.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
