Fair enough - but I guess I'm saying - sell me on why I'd use Cordova versus just "regular" Electron. Ie, what am I getting? If the only benefit is being able to reuse code from a mobile app, I feel like that's not a great use case, but again, I'm definitely willing to be proven wrong.
