For the plugins that warranted releases, I've got the RCs for them up on dist-dev: https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/cordova/CB-12736/ I probably won't have time to go through all of these and do the necessary testing today. I'm planning on doing that tomorrow and the vote thread will go out then.
