Hi everyone, I am always looking for improving the barrier of entry for new contributors and taking care of issues for existing committers.
I took a look at CONTRIBUTING files. Some repos dont have one, some have outdated information like JIRA issues and ICLAs are required. Should we fix this or is there anything about this to keep in mind? How to do this mass change the best way? Does a PR for every file make sense or would a commit be enough? Asking for any ideas or opinions. If no one objects, I will start changing this soon.
