These failures can be ignored.

I believe ATR is making changes to prevent DOT files in the future. Also,
for
future releases, I updated the draft release workflow to ensure they are
removed on our end before uploading.

As for the npm package file naming issues, there is an open ticket to
explore
allowing a more flexible naming pattern.
