add support to jquery.couch.js for 'keys' param to views

jquery.couch.js currently doesn't allow you to execute a query via a POST
passing keys in the request body. I'm attaching a patch which adds support for
this. It also changes the error message when hitting a view to include the
name of the view - it seemed worthwhile to keep in the patch, but obviously
isn't required.
