Hi all, Since "raw collation" is introduced in 0.11, I suggest to make the start of couch_icu_driver lazy. Then it's possible for applications that does not care about Unicode collation to get rid of the large ICU library completely.
Hope to see this in the 1st patch version of 0.11.
