In order to have a complete regression test that checks that both this issue
and COUCHDB-858 are fixed, I've improved the design_docs tests accordingly.
The tests can now *really* prove that COUCHDB-858 fixes COUCHDB-821 as well.
This patch makes sure that we have a complete regression test for the bugfix.
Also, the success of the view cleanup test doesn't depend on the view info
test's success anymore.
