Only that there is some (understandable) confusion that we should all be
working to reduce, specifically that CouchBase (like BigCouch) is not an Apache
project. There's even some folks that think CouchDB is being renamed to
CouchBase, which is also not true.
This belongs on dev@ really so I'll just finish with stating my preference that
bugs are filed against the products they're found in and not against the
dependencies they include. In your case the bug is in core but I think the
CouchBase team should have a chance to triage (and the same goes for BigCouch,
of course).
