Resetting the config chain seems to be working:
couchdb -n -a /tmp/tmpuPqqSF.paisley.test/test.ini -c
/tmp/tmpuPqqSF.paisley.test/test.ini
But it does actually not work:
couchdb -n -a /tmp/tmpuPqqSF.paisley.test/test.ini
