The Apache foundation should probably have an account in Travis. It will give you an API token. Then you can add Travis support for any Apache repository if needed either by activating the service on Github (in repository admin/services section) or the Travis dashboard. http://about.travis-ci.org/docs/user/getting-started/ - benoît
