To my knowledge there is no easy way to validate a user for a single document 
attachment.
Can this be achieved by modifying the show handler so the following would 
return a attachment?

"shows":{"attachment":"function(doc,req){if(req.userCtx.name==doc._id)return 
{file:doc.attachment...}}"}
