I'm pretty sure this is a cross-platform bug, I get it on OSX master and
windows 1.5.0 as well.
Test:
open futon http://localhost:5984/_utils/
click on "Documentation - Manual" http://localhost:5984/_utils/docs/
you should get a nice spiffy page like http://docs.couchdb.org/en/latest/
but you get a 'not found' thing instead.
Also we seem to have 1.5.0-dev in some page templates e.g. in
http://localhost:5984/_utils/docs/contents.html Apache CouchDB™ 1.5.0-dev
Documentation in the title, this should read 1.5.0.
