I'm pretty sure this is a cross-platform bug. Test: open futon http://localhost:5984/_utils/ click on "Documentation - Manual" http://localhost:5984/_utils/docs/ you should get a nice spiffy page like http://docs.couchdb.org/en/latest/ but you get a 'not found' thing instead.
