Actually, it don't. The issue with request-per-entered-char-in-search-field is 
lies in a bit different sphere, but also affected on expectation how Database 
Search should work (suggest instantly).

However, the main idea of this issue is to not jump to the founded  database 
via search box, but filter the database list by results of this search.
