exempting dashboards with sidebars from the max-width might already do the
trick (I checked in @ https://github.com/apache/couchdb/pull/229). It fixes the
nitch Robert found and it avoids the 2nd bar. An alternative would be
overflow-x to hidden on #dashboard.one-pane which yields exactly the same
result as max-width to 100% for only w/out sidebars. I didn't find a way to
tweak the calc width in a meaningful way
