Firefox 30 (Opera 12 has the same bug)

If there are too many items on sidebar, Fauxton shows new scrollbar which
overlaps the inner one:

Firefox 30 is able to notice this issue with easy. For Chrome and others you
wouldn't see the second sidebar since it's under the top one.
