If you look on the screenshot:

you'll notice that "Compact & Clean" colour is darker then "Active Tasks".
This is not because of wrong colour hex code, but is about how we see the same
colours in different (bright/dark) context - we see them different even if they
don't => we feel broken design while it technically isn't.
