I've already added four or five books to the confluence wiki page, sorted them
chronologically, and gave them the publishing date (instead of the date the
titles were added to the wiki, which is pretty useless for a CouchDB user
looking for information):

I'm currently working on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COUCHDB-1863,
which will add a books link in the front page of couchdb.apache.org.
I think on resolution of #1863 this issue can be closed too.
