Just a couple quick thoughts. We'll have to figure out how to translate ini
based configuration into the sys.config/application env style that lager uses.
Its not impossible but someone is going to have to learn both Lager and the
Erlang standard config machinery well enough to figure out the appropriate way
to sneak those values in. I'm also unsure on what Lager's
runtime-configurability for things like filenames is which may require some
caveats that logging changes in the ini require a restart to take effect.
