    Separate out Fauxton compilation from core CouchDB

    This separates compilation of core CouchDB from compilation of Fauxton. I'm
not attached to the name `compile-core`, and it might also be worth changing
the target `fauxton` to `compile-fauxton`.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/apache/couchdb separate-compile-make-targets

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/couchdb/pull/292.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #292
