I think the fix should go to `fabric_doc_missing_revs:go/3` because fabric
module provides facade interface for internals which are still remain broken
for `fabric_doc_missing_revs:go(DbName, [], Options)` call. Normally such call
shouldn't happens, but still it's possible one since `go/2,3` is on export.
