I'm hoping eventually to try building CouchDB 2.0 on Windows, but thought I'd start with Ubuntu 15.04 to give some point of reference. Using a clone of master from yesterday, the instructions in README-DEV worked well up to the point of completing "make check", after a couple of dependency issues, which was excellent.
However, I ran into problems with the "make docker-image" step. It produced a few hundred lines of output, but finally died, saying: ==> b64url (compile) ERROR: /home/couchdb/src/b64url/.rebar/erlcinfo file version is incompatible. expected: 1 got: 2 ERROR: compile failed while processing /home/couchdb/src/b64url: rebar_abort As the README-DEV file asks us to report problems, I'm passing this along. The full output is in this gist <https://gist.github.com/NorthNick/2df550ff3bd6aab13859>, in case that is helpful, and it might be important to know that rebar was one of the dependencies that gave trouble, as the standard Ubuntu package is too old, so I fetched and compiled the latest code. If anyone can point out where I'm going wrong I'd be most grateful. Thanks for your help, Nick Nick
