Sometimes it is easier to set dynamic configuration options through
environment variables. This allows reusing the same Crail configuration file
for similar deployments where only non-Crail specific parameters are different
(such as the user name, HADOOP/SPARK/CRAIL deployment directories, hostnames). ---
