thanks for the help: You have obviously nailed the problem. I was now
able to run release:prepare, and release:perform successfully.
One problem remains, though: I cannot close the staging repository.
Whenever I try, I get an error message
1 rule failed: Apache rules
However, I haven't got the slightest idea, what's wrong.
