RAT-61 added the {{consoleOutput}} parameter for the Maven plugin to list files
with unapproved licenses in Maven output. The problem is that the messages
related to exclusions are repeated with {{consoleOutput=true}} if there are any
offending files.

With both versions the lines between {{Enabled default license matchers}} and
{{178 resources included}} are duplicated. I would like to be able to avoid
the duplication, if possible. Thanks.
