Description:
I've added some mvn3 style site reports.
Currently the following things do not work:
* no linking to submodules
* deployment in Apache CMS
Since I don't have commit rights I am not able to try things out.
Workaround 2021-12-23: Deactivated pmd-plugin due to problems with targetJdk
parameter.
