[~chenyuan99] RAT allows to define individual licenses and also allows to mark
them as okay .... I guess that is what you want to achieve/configure in your
project.
The upcoming r0.17 allows a bigger variety and flexibility in defining these
licenses - pls play around with the current 0.17-SNAPSHOT to see if that solves
your problems.

Are you running via CLI or how do you integrate RAT as there is not Gradle
plugin available?
