I'm not aware of any windows problems.
The ReportOptionTest.testOptionsUpdateConfig seems to fail consistently on the
GitHub Actions Ubuntu nodes. I haven't been able to reproduce it on a local
machine, not even in a Ubuntu 24.04 container...
