@ottlinger it was a long way around to fix a stupid error. The .gitignore for the test was not checked in. However, the reporting from the tests is now cleaner and makes it easier to determine which tests failed and where. Also, easier to create method based test cases with annotations. And, finally, created `EnvVar` class to track all the environment variables we use and what they are used for.
