The Info annotation is not required if there is a Deprecated annotation. I
believe the annotation is available in Java 17. All 3 component parts of the
annotation must be present in the Java implementation.
If the annotation is not available then the documentation for the methods need
to be corrected. They should align with the documentation for the Deprecated
annotation.
