Added an integration test for job cancellation. [~stepinto] I'm going to go
with this version for now and folks are welcome to submit patches that extend
it for their use cases (e.g., more access to the underlying jobs, or dynamic
dot file generation as the pipeline runs as you suggested.) I need to spend
some time burning down the rest of our JIRA backlog from 0.5.0.
