Newer Maven versions come with an updated Super POM that references newer
plugin versions, but since we lock down all relevant plugin versions in our own
POM and since everything we use is compatible with Maven 2.2.1 (to the best of
my knowledge) there is no reason upgrade the prerequisites tag.
