Fix Version/s: 0.8.3
0.10.0
Pushed to 0.8.3 and 0.10.0; I hope this strikes a balance between leaving
CrunchInputSplit non-public while still making the underlying InputSplit
accessible to clients who need it via the Supplier interface.
