Patch for this; mostly cosmetic updates to move some abstract classes to
interfaces and adapt to some new, clearer method calls (e.g., mapToPair instead
of map), but there is also a requirement that Spark 1.0.0 uses Guava 14.0,
while the rest of Crunch uses 11.0.2 like Hadoop does, so I just added the 14.0
dep to crunch-spark.
