Although I have to admit I don't know anything about Scala (although this gives
me even more motivation to start learning it).
I was wondering how you would have made a version that would work correctly
with 0.8 and master, but now I get it. This will also be nice and easy to
change if/when we totally get rid of the legacy MapsideJoin. I also like the
addition of the SwapFn -- that's something I always end up writing myself for
other stuff, and I've been meaning to add it for a long time.
