Another annoying Scrunch one: running Scrunch (in most cases) requires
explicitly importing thrift as a dependency so that the PTypeH class can load
properly, regardless of whether you used thrift or not. I think the move here
is to make the thrift dependency for Scrunch a real dependency (instead of
requiring it to be provided), at least while the Thrift serialization code is
present.
