Fix For: 0.14.0
Bit of a stupid one on my part. The increment and incrementIf functions to
allow counters within a functional crunch-lambda pipeline don't actually pass
the values through, just increment the counters and bail out, which means you
get no data through at the end. Will patch and commit the fairly trivial fix
today.
