There are ways to improve/reduce cluster utilization by adding more smarts to
the HBaseSourceTarget through customized versions of the MultiTableInputFormat
class. To support using those customizations we need to support
HBaseSourceTarget taking in an InputFormat class.
This should be a simple and passive change.
