All: I kind of blew through the intro. It looks like there are some great improvements in 3.0. On first glance - pojo FS; Tonic! However, _Type access can throw Unsupported Exceptions depending upon access. I'm pretty sure that we've got some usage lurking in ctakes and may need to get rid of it. Maybe, maybe not.
