Hi Sean, Thank you for your response. It's working fine for me. I just had to add another lookup dictionary path in the piper file to get the same results.
Now, I was also trying to add RegexBpFinder in package org.apache.ctakes.examples.ae . Earlier it was giving an error of resource not found when I added it to my piper file which was resolved by moving the file to package org.apache.ctakes.core.ae. After this when the second time I run this code, I get an thread error related - Task java.util.concurrent.FutureTask@c26b853 rejected from java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor@faf65e5[Terminated, pool size = 0, active threads = 0, queued tasks = 0, completed tasks = 1] The code where it throws exception is - final Future<List<Pair<Integer>>> future = _executor.submit( callable ); which is at line 121 in class RegexSpanFinder of package - org.apache.ctakes.core.util.regex Regards Chahal Arora Software Engineer Raxa On Thu, Nov 23, 2017 at 1:10 AM, Finan, Sean < [email protected]> wrote: > Hi Chahal Arora, > > >1) Is there any piper file available for LabValueFinder that I can use to > make it work? > The LabValueFinder isn't part of any default workflow.
