Thank you for your response. It's working fine for me. I just had to add
another lookup dictionary path in the piper file to get the same results.

Now, I was also trying to add RegexBpFinder in package
org.apache.ctakes.examples.ae . Earlier it was giving an error of resource
not found when I added it to my piper file which was resolved by moving the
file to package org.apache.ctakes.core.ae. After this when the second time
I run this code, I get an thread error related  -

Task java.util.concurrent.FutureTask@c26b853 rejected from
java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor@faf65e5[Terminated, pool size = 0,
active threads = 0, queued tasks = 0, completed tasks = 1]

The code where it throws exception is -
final Future<List<Pair<Integer>>> future = _executor.submit( callable );
which is at line 121 in class RegexSpanFinder of package -
org.apache.ctakes.core.util.regex
