Regarding Duration of a given symptom

Hi ,

I have just started on ctakes . I want to know How can I get duration of a
given sympyom.

Eg. " Patient has fever since 3 days and is having headache"

On analyzing I get ,

"SignSymptomMention": [
        "FEVER",
        "HEADACHE"
    ],

How can retrieve the information that duration of fever has been 3 days ?
