Hi All.. I have been searching for a while trying to find a way to read and write into MS SQL Server database using cTAKES 1- Instead of reading for text file, I am trying to make cTAKES read from SQL Server DB. 2- instead of writing XMI results into a text file, I am trying to make cTAKES write to SQL Server DB. While Searching, I found a post for Sean, saying he managed to read and write into SQL Server DB.
I would if Sean or anyone could share the way to read and write into DB? P.S. I looked at ytex code and documentation and noticed : a- ytex documentation is for cTAKES 3 and no new documentation for cTAKES 4 (apparently ytex is embedded within cTAKES now) b- not sure how to use ytex in the piper file, or any other way?! appreciate your help
