Thanks for the pointer Rik. I think that was boilerplate added from some general apache how-to. imo That kind of thing should not go into project-specific pages (links, maybe) and I wasn't aware of it.
I have removed it. All future documentation will be done on the GitHub page https://github.com/apache/ctakes Hopefully new documentation will be created quickly.
