Interesting question... I see the tag on the web view, but it hasn't been
mirrored to github. Looks like it's an annotated tag, so there's no actual
content that goes with it.

I took the measure twice, cut once approach. Honestly, all it does is
probably adds an extra step for me, but I had enough anxiety about screwing
things up already, so I felt way more comfortable calling something an RC.
