Despite CURATOR-700 and CURATOR-701, it is always a good to reduce ci time.
I [tasted in my
fork|https://github.com/kezhuw/curator/actions/runs/9201677172/job/25310271800],
and it reduces ci time from 140+ mins to 40+mins.
{{curator-test-zk38}} and {{curator-test-zk37}} spends only few mins less than
unit tests.
